Meet Thaíz Lara, the heart behind New Hermits.
Thaíz is pronounced as ”tah-EEZ” (/taˈIZ/): “Ta” like in “tattoo” and “EEZ” like the verb “is”. But don’t worry if you forget; she’s happy to go by her last name, Lara!
Originally from Brazil and now based in Canterbury, New Zealand, Lara brings a unique perspective of the world. During her journey across the world, she's developed a strong foundation in content creation, marketing, photography, video production, and design; all of which now weave together in this brand.
A fun fact? She's also a helicopter pilot. When she says it’s important to see the world from new perspectives… Well, she truly means it!
What fuels her work is helping individuals and brands stand out (not just with style, but with soul). Great visuals and thoughtful words can tell stories that stay with us.
